Vice President, Fleet Maintenance
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably engineering or business - MBA preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in operations management with profit/loss responsibility, focused on maintenance and/or repair of long lived capital assets.
- Proven successful track record in strategically transforming fleet maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership and change management skills to include oversight of staff, budgets and multiple functions and sites.
- Proven ability to build teams, recruit and develop talent.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross functionally and build trust.
- Excellent communicator; both verbal and written.
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented while possessing an analytical mind capable of adapting to new ideas and concepts.
- Demonstrated data and analytics experience including developing scorecards, dashboards and metrics.
- Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Lean and Lean Six Sigma preferred.
