- Bachelor's degree in logistics supply chain management preferred, and or in a related field equivalent to logistics or business.
- 3-5 years prior experience in the shop, maintenance, and rail operation industry.
- OTMA/Hazmat certified preferred.
- Vendor/Client relationship management experience preferred.
- System savvy (prior ERP experience or Rail TMS/SAP experience highly preferred.)
- Knowledge of safety regulations from AAR, OSHA, DOT.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to prioritize tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong excel knowledge required), Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and passport.
