- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Associate’s Degree with 2 years equivalent training and experience.
- Successful completion of SolidWorks training program and a minimum of 2 years experience using the software.
- Familiar with drafting standard symbols, nomenclature, reference books and catalogs encountered in the product development process.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Steel Structures, drafting process and the ability to convey this information to others.
- SolidWorks/Inventor Software Skills test is required.
