Sr. Analyst, IT Onsite Support
What you'll need:
- Associate degree or higher in IT, computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 operating system, Microsoft Office 365, mobile phone platforms and applications, IP phone systems and network infrastructure hardware
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel to multiple locations, mostly in Texas
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
