- Working knowledge of Heads products, or ability to acquire it quickly
- Working knowledge of general office practices
- Intermediate knowledge of computers and data handling systems from a user’s perspective.
- Good knowledge of Excel and/or scheduling software.
- Good knowledge of Business English
- Skilled in handling customers on the telephone; with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with customers and division personnel.
- 1-2 years previous experience in manufacturing sales or customer service/administration role is preferred.
