What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in finance, accounting or business process outsourcing)
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Results oriented, with the ability to work with data to drive decisions
- Strong quantitative analysis skills – building business cases, developing performance metrics, etc.
- Team player and experienced in the management of teams with diverse skill sets (e.g. accounting, human resources, information technology, receivables, payables, operations, etc.)
- Superb problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills – comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, and is effective in technical and business environments
- Proven verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to both internal and external client senior management
- Self-starter – drives and executes responsibilities with little or no oversight
- Strong sense of ownership – innate desire to drive issues and decisions to conclusion
- Results oriented leadership style
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing business processes and process improvement strategies
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point, MS Project, Visio, and Share point
