What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Engineering/Operations Management/MBA preferred
- 10+ years of operational and financial experience
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience leading direct teams
- Must have prior profit and loss ownership and experience in cost reductions
- Proven track record of improving and automating processes and providing solutions for complex problems
- Familiarity with systems/tech savvy/prior experience replacing existing software with new platform is highly preferred
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Prior experience creating strong project plans and driving for results
- Inspire creativity and innovation
- Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment across all levels of the organization
