- Bachelors degree in information management, information systems, law, computer science OR equivalent certification (CEDS, CFE, IGP, CIPP) with 8 or more years of continuous records management, litigation support and/or eDiscovery experience.
- Experience with litigation support / data processing software such as Zapproved, NUIX, Recommind, Concordance, LAW, Clearwell, iPro).
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of records preservation procedures, practices, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of the eDiscovery process and methodology (EDRM)
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytic skills.
- Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual who applies initiative to get the job done.
- Ability to adapt to change in emerging environments and work across multiple areas.
- Experience in developing policies and procedures preferred.
- Experience in project management, project execution, and manage multiple priorities in a timeline driven environment.
- Able to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent knowledge of business processes.
- Maintains an attitude and work ethic that includes: dedicated to excellence, dependable, trustworthy, listens and reads for understanding, ownership, people focused, positive, and focused on continuous improvement.
