Sr Manager, Enterprise Analytics
Trinity Industries is hiring a Senior Manager of Enterprise Analytics for our Dallas, TX HQ. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the team of data analysts and business intelligence specialists. This leader is tasked with the management and delivery of comprehensive analytics services and solutions to business units. The focus is on transforming data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making, managing the lifecycle of analytics projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring that the organization's data is leveraged to support business objectives and drive competitive advantage.

What you'll do:
- Oversee and guide the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and ad hoc analyses
- Drive the successful execution of analytics projects, delivering insights that inform competitive strategy
- Collaborate with business leaders to precisely understand and meet their data analysis and reporting needs
- Manage the analytics services delivery, ensuring timely and impactful outcomes that support business operations
- Monitor the usage of analytics and business intelligence tools to optimize data consumption and drive user engagement
- Streamline the process of insight discovery through effective organization and robust analytical methodologies, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the business
- Enhance operational efficiency through insightful analytics
- Ensure the continuous improvement of data quality and the reliability of analytics outputs
- Contribute to the organization's bottom line by identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation through advanced analytics
- Empower business units by providing self-service analytics tools and training
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, R, Python, and data visualization (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business leaders to drive data informed decision-making
