- 5+ years of experience managing the solicitation, contracting, procuring and permitting phases build construction projects in the industrial manufacturing industry
- Certified PMP or equivalent experience managing complex projects
- Experience managing multi-million dollar capital projects
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance repair facility requirements
- Demonstrable experience in implementing change with tangible business results
- Proven track record in CAPEX project scope implementation and execution.
- Ability to demonstrate insight into the vendor market and contractor/contracting trends in the industry
- Travel Requirements: Up to 75%
