What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or legal studies required/legal credentials, such as JD or paralegal certification, a plus
- 7+ years in contracts, legal support, or related areas; familiarity with UCC filings and secured transactions preferred
- Proficiency with contract management tools, attention to detail, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable, and professional
