Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver License
  • Five (5) + years of experience in an Office setting, railyard preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and policies
  • Proficient computer skills with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of office and business practices, equipment, and procedures
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Able to pay close attention to details and identify and correct mistakes
  • Must possess good organizational skills
  • Ability to perform work safely and productively

  • Customer Orientation: A desire to serve clients by focusing efforts on listening and responding effectively to customer questions, resolving customer problems to their satisfaction, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

  • Task Completion: Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following set procedures and following up when necessary.

Environmental Conditions:

 Average Daily Environmental Conditions

Office environment: Work in trailer or building on Rail Road Terminal property.  No exposure to extreme heat, cold, noise or chemicals or hazardous equipment.
