Welder Trainee w/Experience
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 1 years of related welding experience or completion of welding technical certification
- Once hired must complete 1-2 week training in GMAW, FCAW, Torch, Grinder, and Air carbon arc gouging to show ability to meet the requirements to transition into welder 2 position
- 100% Attendance highly recommended for completion of training program
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- The ability to read and follow written instructions
- Must be able to train in Weld School on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks and be able to accept an offer for a day or night shift position.
- Most positions will be transitioned over to our 2nd shift openings (Shift Starts at 6pm, 10-12 hour shifts, Sunday night through Thursday night, with some Friday nights). Limited availability will be available for day shift positions after training. (Shift Starts at 6am 10-12 hour shifts Monday through Friday).
