Has some mechanical knowledge

Proficient in MS Office

Must have good communication skills and organizational skills

Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing

Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to go between plants throughout the day

Capable of reading, understanding and following blueprints and reads Weld Symbols

Complete understanding of the job, company policies and processes

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, co-workers and customers.

Regular and predictable attendance is required
