What You’ll Need:
- Ability to travel extensively until the plant opens in 2020
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with demonstrated experience in implementing improvements to welding processes or systems
- 4 or more years managing in a welding fabrication environment
- 4 or more years working in a production environment
- 4 or more years technical and manufacturing experience in welding
- Expert knowledge of welding processes and equipment and ability to apply welding technology solutions
- Considerable working knowledge of industry standards, codes and requirements such as AWS D1.1 or AWS D 15.1
- At least one of the following: American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector, Certified Welding Supervisor, or Certified Welding Educator, OR the ability to achieve in 9 months
- Demonstration of good verbal, written communications, and presentation skills. – Presentation building (training documents)
