Trinity Industries is seeking a Business Administrator to provide administrative support to our RSI Leasing Business Division. This role will be located in our Dallas, TX HQ! Key responsibilities of this role include supporting the Terminals and Leadership Team, integration of businesses practices, data entry into various systems, collaboration between various department.
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative support for a multi-site/state operation
- Partner with business leaders to work with and align processes
- Daily data entry to systems and maintenance of Terminals
- Coordination with various departments and Terminals to integrate and educate intercompany synergies
- Operate the RSI “market analysis” for the Terminals
- Using and monitoring Kronos System to ensure time and attendance is reviewed and approved for processing for all Terminal locations
- Will perform project work and other duties as assigned
- Must be an agile team player, as well as, self-dependent to complete large quantity of work and ever-changing priorities with an excellent handle on time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and follow-through
- Must be able to self-manage; comfortable meeting deadlines
- Proficient skills in technology and process automation
- Ability to complete work with moderate level of guidance and direction
- Ability to hold themselves to high professional standards
- Ability to learn knowledge of the organization, processes and customers and communicate back to the business
- Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional manner
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 4 or more years of experience of Administration and Data entry
- Analytical skills required
- Able to occasionally travel various Terminals
- Strong experience in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adjust for your audience as needed
- Strong sense of urgency, multi-task ability and experienced in prioritizing work to meet numerous deadlines
- Must be an agile team player, as well as, self-dependent to complete large quantity of work and ever-changing priorities with an excellent handle on time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and follow-through
- Proficient skills in technology and process automation
- Ability to complete work with moderate level of guidance and direction
