Director, Financial Applications & IT Compliance
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience working with finance applications, with a focus on requirements definition, design, development, and project management
- Must have prior experience overseeing Oracle Financial Applications including implementation, system management, and operational efficiency
- Minimum of 8 years of experience defining and performing SDLC/IT audit controls
- Minimum of 8 years of related management experience
- Expertise in systems architecture, to include application, database, and middleware
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IT teams and projects
- Strategic planning and governance
- Prior GRC experience is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously
