What you'll need:
- Bachelor Degree
- 10+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner within a Corporate environment (prior experience working in a manufacturing organization is a plus but not required)
- Capable of leveraging metrics and drawing insights from data and information to enable informed decision-making
- Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within the organization.
- Consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships and business partners
- Ability to think and operate strategically
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, such as compensation practices, organizational analysis, culture, employee engagement, performance management, etc.
- Confident communicator (including both written and verbal skills) who can effectively present to all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen with ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the company’s operations, as well as the Human Resources organization and programs
- Strong experience in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to tailor communication style for the audience
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Previous leadership experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
