What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree/ MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of professional compensation, benefits and/or HRIS experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience with cross-functional team
- Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and organizations; ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Action oriented and adept at working in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and consultation skills with the ability to partner with and influence people at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize and analyze complex data to develop recommendations based on fact and logic
- Excellent leadership skills including the ability to develop highly organized and motivated teams.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills
- Demonstrated experience in audit compliance
