TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift Entry NDT Tech at our Shell Rock, Iowa plant. As an Entry NDT at Trinity, you will assist NDT technicians in calibration of NDT equipment, and assist in performing inspections by scribing the inspection results. You will assist NDT technicians by carrying equipment, and necessary supplies for inspection. A Candidate will need a mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
What you'll do:
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Basic knowledge of operational function to be inspected
- Ability to achieve Level I in one NDE method in 6 months
- NDT technical school preferred
