What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree preferred/equivalent work experience considered
Five years of experience in executive-level administrative support required in a fast paced environment/prior experience supporting the CEO preferred
Prior experience supporting Board of Directors and Board software experience preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Strategic thinker with a service-oriented mindset
Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
Professional demeanor and polished interpersonal skills
