IT Onsite Support Specialist
What you'll need:
- 5 years' IT support experience in an environment supporting a large global corporate customer base
- Excellent customer service and the ability to meet metrics as prescribed
- Successful candidate must have 5yrs experience and be able to demonstrate their technical skills in providing support for the following: Level II troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, Basic Networking and Internet troubleshooting, Mobile Devices troubleshooting for both iPhones and Androids, Active Directory, Wireless Access, VPN Access, Windows7 and Windows10, MS Office and O365, Working with Cisco VoiP including Voicemail, User Administration including on boarding/off boarding, and Air Watch Administration
- Must be a team player in a collaborative environment but have the ability to work on their own when needed
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- A+/MSCA/ITIL Certifications a plus
