What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s in Communication, Education, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination required
- 5 years of experience facilitating live training workshops, specifically leadership development training
- Highly proficient in multiple software applications including MS Office 2016 (with an emphasis on PowerPoint), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to quickly learn new L&D tools including Trinity’s LMS and, when needed, simple elearning authoring tools
- Ability to travel to Trinity plants as needed (up to 25%)
- Proven proficiency in delivering world-class, highly engaging workshops, both in the classroom and virtually
- Ability to establish credibility with stakeholders across the organization as a valuable L&D resource and consultant
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation including active listening and ability to convey information clearly
- A self-starter who takes ownership of assigned projects and shows commitment to the job; ability to work independently
- Ability to develop holistic, end-to-end training programs that include pre- and post-session content
- Strong project and time management skills
