TrinityRail is searching for a Site Mobile Repair Administrator for our local Mobile Repair Unit Team at our Shell Rock, IA site .
This candidate will perform clerical/administrative or specialized support tasks in an office or field setting. They will also need to meet the expectations and requirements of all customers to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do:
- Act as informal resources for colleagues with less experience
- Identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
- Take a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Use Kronos to key hours in and match them to the cars
- Process invoicing, move invoices through the correct channels to be paid
- Ensure all necessary invoicing and work order information is accurate and complete
- Receive materials into BPIX system
- Keep up with system updates such as TAZ
- Load Photos, forms and enter certificates in system as needed
- Basic office work, keeping files up to date and organized
- Administrative support for Support Depts
- Position would be 100% onsite – no hybrid or remote work
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Will required to travel to our Manly, IA MRU site periodically
- Must have a valid drivers license and clear driving record.
What you'll need:
- 2-4 years of administration, data entry and organization
- Developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on the job experience.
- Ability to multitask and organization
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
- Familiar with Kronos, SAP, Accounting and bookkeeping preferred
- Rail experience is a plus
