What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- 5+ years of related, progressive HR experience required
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to be a trusted advisor to all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capability to perform successfully in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities and various deadlines
- High attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Competence and comfort in handing sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
