What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Finance or related field; MBA/CMA/ MS
- 5+ years’ experience managing and coordinating effective fleet maintenance, inspection and administration systems and programs
- 3+ years’ experience leading teams
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with primary focus on Excel
- Ability to read and interpret large data sets to help drive team decision making
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end fleet maintenance process and ability to implement standard work
- Ability to interpret and evaluate engineering drawings and regulatory codes
- Training in Hazmat, AWS Welding Inspection Terminology and Coating applications necessary
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills – ability to communicate effectively across all levels
