Supply Chain Applications Business Systems Analyst
What you'll need:
- BA/BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience working with ERP Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, such as Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management
- Strong technical abilities within application design, configuration, implementation, and support, of ERP systems
- Basic Project Management skills
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes (i.e. Product Life Cycle, Sales and Operations Planning, Master Scheduling, Sourcing & Procurement, Production Planning and Execution, Inventory Management, Quality Management and Control, etc.), and integration to financial processes (Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable)
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and determine valid conclusions
- Experience implementing Supply Chain and Manufacturing Best Business Practices, delivering measurable results
- Experience working through an ERP upgrade or deployment
- Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle process (SDLC); and Waterfall or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to be well organized, and self-motivated
- Effective communication and presentation skills are vital
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley and general audit requirements
- Proof of COVID19 Vaccine is required
