What you’ll need:
• College degree, accounting/finance/business management preferred
• 10 years operational leadership experience
• Minimum of five years leading direct teams
• Prior experience implementing billing systems or billing processes
• Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to engage at all levels – from front line to executive
• Six Sigma / continuous improvement experience
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships within a sophisticated matrixed organization
• Strong process, analytic and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to lead transformational change
• Technology savvy including familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce), SaaS and big data
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability plan strategically and set clear priorities
• Solid track record of improving processes, solving sophisticated problems and monitoring process for accuracy and effectiveness
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to empower direct reports
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
