- A minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible accounting and finance roles
- Previous Controller experience preferred
- Accounting degree and CPA required
- Broad leasing and manufacturing operational, planning, or finance and accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in a large, complex industrial business, ideally involving joint-venture partners
- Strong communication ability with external relationships and internal senior management
- Experience building and leading a world-class corporate finance team and infrastructure in a high growth, fast paced, global environment
- Aptitude to articulate business needs, determine appropriate levels of risk, and formulate clear recommendations to senior management
- Executive presence including strong written and verbal communication skills
