What you'll need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Education, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience facilitating live training workshops, specifically leadership development training
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications including MS Office 2016 (with an emphasis on PowerPoint), MS 365, and MS Teams
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools including Trinity's LMS and elearning authoring tools
  • Ability to travel to Trinity Plants as needed (up to 25%)
  • Proficiency in delivering outstanding, highly engaging workshops, both in the classroom and virtually
  • Ability to establish credibility with partners across the organization as a valuable resource and consultant in technical training and applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation including active listening and ability to convey information clearly
  • Ability to be self-starter who takes ownership of assigned projects and shows dedication to the job; ability to work independently
  • Ability to develop holistic, end to end training programs that include pre and post session content
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills
