- Develop a scheduling tool to streamline maintenance schedules for TRMO shops and fast tracks
- Utilize Excel proficiency and big data analysis to support planning initiatives
- Apply AI tools, Qlik, and Databricks to analyze data and enhance strategic decision-making
- Evaluate and improve planning tools for better operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the maintenance planning team to understand workflows and optimize processes
- Participate in limited day trips to Texas maintenance shop locations for real-world exposure
What you'll need:
- Must be a Junior or Senior pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
- Strong proficiency in Excel and interest in data analytics and AI tools
- Familiarity with platforms like Qlik and Databricks is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
