Trinity Industries is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Analyst to join our Dallas, TX HQ team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various corporate and field positions and additionally supporting numerous recruiting and talent attraction initiatives. What you'll do:
Candidate sourcing, pipeline and recruiting: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals/build candidate pipelines for high volume roles as needed
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging descriptions
Manage the onboarding of HQ new hires including management of I-9’s and special onboarding practices
Support diversity in recruiting practices
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and values to potential candidates
Assist in the preparation and delivery of job offers, negotiating terms as needed
Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting activities and metrics to the Talent Acquisition Manager
Assist in temp labor contract management/vendor management of staffing partners
Assist in scheduling and coordination of travel arrangements for candidate interviews
Must be willing to work onsite-this is not a hybrid role
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3-years prior recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic enterprise environment (combination of corporate, agency and field recruiting experience is highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Highly experienced and successful in managing or negotiating the candidate closure process
- Advanced experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other search strategies
- Prior vendor management experience is a plus
- Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel/PowerPoint
